TRAVEL TIPS

While the sea is beautiful around Los Cabos, only a certain number of beaches are swimmable. Ocean currents can be extreme at times, so be sure to pay attention to signage when entering a beach to take a dip. However, don’t let that keep you away from the ocean-Los Cabos is famous for its fishing and whale watching excursions.

Los Cabos rarely sees bad weather, but the best time to visit is May or June, after the winter crowds and before the rainy season.

If available, opt for a shuttle instead of a taxi to and from the airport.

Many Los Cabos locations will accept U.S. dollars as payment, but it may be wiser to convert your money to pesos upon arrival.
